Azavea’s CEO and President Robert Cheetham attended the one year anniversary meet-up in Washington D.C. for the LocationTech Working Group. The group is an open source community wishing to “collaborate in a commercially friendly” environment. Robert also discussed one of Azavea’s products, GeoTrellis, a high performance geoprocessing engine and programming toolkit. Read more here.
