Rebecca Womack

Rebecca Womack is a Product Manager on the Cicero Team.

She has Masters degrees in Public Health and City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. As a student, she most enjoyed working on client-centered projects at the intersection of food systems, health, equitable economic development and public policy.

Prior to joining Azavea, Rebecca was a community leader and statewide program manager as part of Fair Districts PA, a role in which she led advocacy efforts to end gerrymandering. She also once managed operations and grant writing for the Chez Panisse Foundation in support of their pioneering public school-based gardening, cooking and school lunch reform programs.

Beyond work, Rebecca loves being outside with her husband and dog, ideally on a hike with views. Her favorite inside activities include sewing (she aspires to one day have a mostly handmade wardrobe); doing a big jigsaw puzzle or wrangling a group to play board games; and making good things to eat with locally produced food.
