We provide technical assistance for HunchLab clients during standard business hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm, EST

HunchLab software licenses provide clients with software updates and bug fixes for one year after purchase.  Extended software maintenance and support agreements are available and priced based on a percentage of original licensing costs.

Getting Technical Support

The best way to reach us is via phone or email.  If you are a current HunchLab client, please contact the Azavea project manager assigned to your account.  If you need immediate assistance, feel free to call us at our general phone number (215.925.2600) and the operator can direct you to the appropriate person that is available to assist you.

We take a collaborative approach to developing HunchLab.  From working with leading academic researchers to incorporating client feedback, we thrive on the input we receive from the community interested in our work.  Unlike traditional software development companies, our agile software development process allows us to rapidly impact the feature roadmap within HunchLab based on your feedback.
