By importing incident data from diverse sources, analysts and officers can compare trends across data sets, creating a common platform for analysis. HunchLab imports data from incident databases such as computer aided dispatch (CAD) and records management systems (RMS) into a heavily indexed database alleviating load from your operational databases.    

Incident data must simply contain a geographic coordinate, a date and time, and the associated classification that your agency employs. Additional data fields can be imported into HunchLab for display, or users can simply be linked back to other web-based systems for further information.
