The Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries (PACSCL) is sponsoring the symposium which is titled: FutureFoundations: Mapping The Past, Building the Philadelphia GeoHistory Network. The event will focus on using GIS technologies to showcase historic assets in the Philadelphia area. Robert Cheetham, President of Avencia, will participate in a panel discussion at the forum and highlight Avencia’s work on the Department of Records Photo Archives Website (http://www.phillyhistory.org).
