		<description>I agree that this is a very exciting time for Philadelphia in terms of data sharing, especially with GIS driving several of the processes.  However, many Social Service departments are hard pressed on collecting aggregate data and have limited capacity to report out efficiently and effectively on systemic outcomes at a high-level in order to provide accountability, performance and service success rates at PhillyStat meetings.</description>
