Andrew is a Software Developer on the Cicero team. He creates software that helps people connect with their elected officials and the political process. He also works on the systems team to keep Azavea's IT infrastructure running smoothly.

Andrew earned a BA in Journalism from Penn State. He heard the death knell of the newspaper industry, returned to school and obtained a Master of Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew has worked as IT support at a fundraising office, played PlayStation games for a living as a QA analyst, and was once a night watchman on the graveyard shift.
Andrew enjoys playing games - either with controllers or cards - and is an enthusiastic novel reader. He loves the city, enjoys the country and is afraid of the space in between.
