Organizations that don’t need to provide public access still benefit from Sajara when providing online access to staff members located around the country or even across the globe—all from a simple browser interface or from any Internet-enabled mobile device when combined with the optional Sajara Mobile Module.

Public users can create accounts to:
- Send you error reports or feedback on the metadata associated to each asset.
- Share images with colleagues or friends, creating more awareness for your collection.
- Purchase copies of the assets (optional), generating a steady stream of revenue for your organization.
- Save their favorite assets in their accounts.
- Request scan requests, which may enable you to prioritize scanning orders (optional).
- Bookmark up to 50 searches that get updated each time you add new assets within their search parameters.
- Subscribe to RSS Feeds that notify them when new assets are added in their field of interest, expertise or department.

- Sajara can accommodate collections from one or multiple organizations, enabling the creation of regional digital consortia to serve smaller entities.

Generate revenue with the E-Commerce Module
- Sajara can be used strictly as an internal archive manager for your organization, but if you choose to make your archive available to the public, the optional E-Commerce Module enables you to generate revenue by selling copies of your assets under the format of your choice (posters, postcards, mugs, T-Shirts, etc.).
