Organizations that don’t need to provide public access still benefit from Sajara when providing online access to staff members located around the country or even across the globe—all from a simple browser interface or from any Internet-enabled mobile device when combined with the optional Sajara Mobile Module.

Public users can create accounts to:

• Send you error reports or feedback on the metadata associated to each asset.
• Share images with colleagues or friends, creating more awareness for your collection.

• Request scan requests, which may enable you to prioritize scanning orders (optional).
  
• Bookmark up to 50 searches that get updated each time you add new assets within their search parameters.
  
• Subscribe to RSS Feeds that notify them when new assets are added in their field of interest, expertise or department.

• Sajara can accommodate collections from one or multiple organizations, enabling the creation of regional digital consortia to serve smaller entities.
