- Assign longitude/ latitude coordinates to your assets.
- Tag assets with the tags of your choice.
- Manage a schedule of Featured Assets to display on the front page of your website.
Custom Reports:
Find out what assets are most popular, what search parameters are used most often, what users make the most purchases, how much revenue sales have generated, or anything that pertains to your activities.
Metadata:
Various data points such as dates, address and catalogue numbers are attached to each digitized item. These fields can be customized according to your organization’s needs. Using this metadata, an authorized administrator located anywhere in the world can easily add, edit, search, and organize the collection inventory. This feature is especially useful if the collection is split between two or more locations.
Powerful and Intuitive Geocoding Engine:
Each asset’s location is easily assigned a geographic location by using a geocoding service. Sajara is capable of using geocoding services made available by ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server, GoogleMaps, Yahoo, Microsoft Virtual Earth, and ESRI ArcWeb Services.
