Base Map
The background cartography and map data upon which the hot spot maps are displayed use both ArcIMS and ArcGIS Server, OGC WMS-compliant mapping engines, and includes the option to support other mapping toolkits such as GoogleMaps and Microsoft Virtual Earth.
Open source options include GeoServer, UMN MapServer or Mapnik.
Geocoding
DecisionTree has a flexible geocoding interface and can consume geocoding sources based on ArcIMS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, GoogleMaps, MS Virtual Earth, GeoNames or Yahoo. If you need a different service, Please contact us.
ArcGIS Desktop Tools
The DecisionTree Toolbox leverages the ArcGIS Geoprocessing Toolbox infrastructure to enable the generation of ESRI GRID files that have a standard set of constraints that include:
- Cell Size
- Extent
- Range of Values (usually 1 to 100)
- Mask (if desired)
- NoData value
